George W. Conover, moved to the Moore area with his family in 1875.
Willis Henry Davidson, moved to Moore and married in 1896.
William Alfred Jones Harris, moved to Moore with his family in 1883.
George Cohen Harrison, moved to Moore with his wife in 1892.
Thomas Jenckes Harrison, time at which he moved to Moore is unknown.
H.E. Johnson, was born near Moore in 1865.
James M. Jones, lived in Moore with his wife around 1869.
Matthew Hay Martin, Jr., was a resident of Moore just after the turn on the century.
John B. McMahon, came to Frio County prior to 1870.
Mr. & Mrs. R.N. McFadden, moved to Moore in 1890.
Frank Olin Miller, lived in Moore sometime around the turn of the century.
Young P. Outlaw, moved with his family to Moore in1882.
Thomas Jefferson West, came to the area around Moore near the turn of the century.
Thomas Austin Wilson, was born in 1856 and lived Tehuacana (ta-walk-un-e), a area very near Moore.
W.E. Andrews, the Andrews family came to Moore in 1902.
August Biediger’s name appears in the county records during the 1880’s.
George W. Braun, lived in between Moore and Bigfoot.
Robert Carrasco, lived in Moore in the 1880’s.
James H. Cochran lived in Moore and died in 1942.
H.W. Cude appears in the 1881 records.
Lee Dickinson and family came to Moore between 1910-1912.
Ben Duncan, was another early settler and died in 1918.
Sam C. Ellison, another early settler died in Moore in 1905.
A. E. Ferguson and family lived in Moore in the 1880’s.
Turner Ferguson a brother to A.E. also lived in Moore.
The Fullerton’s were farmers that lived in the Moore area.
D.C. Gaston, lived in more in1908.
Amado Hernandez, lived in Moore and raised a family.
Lot Johnson and family lived in Moore in 1892.
F.T. Lester and family moved to Moore in 1911.
C. F. McAlister moved to Moore in 1942.
Imon McCain came to Moore in 1919.
Author Wayne McCulloch came to Moore in 1910.
Oscar E. Milam and family moved to Moore in 1908.
John G. Oliver resided in Moore in 1900.
Charles Obets lived in Moore sometime between 1854 and1934.
Rufus Thomas and his wife lived in Moore in the early 1900’s.
John Tyree Sr. and family came to Moore in 1900.
Earl Weathers and family came to Moore in 1899.
Shearrer Weathers came to Moore in 1909.
